It's Ok not to be Ok!
It might often feel as if it like society expects you to be happy all of the time, and that expressing grief is a sign of weakness. This is not true; if you held in all of your despair or anger, you would burst. Everybody has good and terrible days. Nobody can be completely content all of the time; that is not human. One day you're on top of the world, the next you're on the bottom. While I am still attempting to accept it, I know that it is a part of life and that it happens whether or not people want to exhibit it. Sometimes we cry, sometimes we laugh. We expect things and get hurts. We flutter in excitement again and become dulled, just do what your heart pleases.
